I'm stopped going out a long time ago, but it seems to me that Downtown is for everyone. If Cleveland and the remainder of Cuyahoga County is going to improve then we have to agree to get along. In fact, I think one of the biggest ways we can save money is not to have sent the person growing pot plants to prison at all.
